I updated the HTML Markdown code so that the blue tiny underlines would not appear under the badges. This problem is fixed and ready. Thanks

Issue #807
I updated the HTML markdown code for the README.md file to remove the tiny blue underlines. I removed the spaces and break line in between the a and img tag so that there is no underline.
