Identification of Dots

  1. Local journalists in Ranchi
  2. English students in Ranchi colleges
  3. Crypto Readers

Strategy to approach the dots (Research and select dots)

Who are the initial people to approach?

  1. Local journalists in Ranchi: Mayank from Dainik Jagran and Rakesh from Prabhat Khabar. Mr. Bharat Naik from the Logical Indian.
  2. English students: Give marketings jobs to all our interns to go personally and give a presentation. Maybe organize a contest
  3. Crypto Writers and Readers: Manav from Blockhained India. Create a panel of Crypto Experts. Their job is to give topics to write about.

What are we going to propose to the initial people

  1. Local journalists: Be mentors. Support and participate. Participating means giving assignments to write. Topics and sections. And do the final review and edits. (All of this will be optimized)
  2. English Students: Vote on our articles. Give suggestions. If they do a good job, we will hire them as interns. Get them to participate.
  3. Crypto Writers: Let them contribute with some Crypto issues and subjects. (They will just tell subjects .. what subjects should be written on ..)

What's the initial metrics and targets

  1. Local journalists: 3 journalists giving 10 assignments with quality index 10 initially
  2. English Students: 100 votes coming from English students.
  3. Crypto writers and readers: 4 Crypto subjects coming from 2 Crypto experts (2 each)

What is the progression plan (Expand dots to circles)

  1. Local journalists: (number of journalists - number of articles - quality score 100 max)3 - 10 - 10; 5 - 20 - 10; 10 - 30 - 20; 10 - 30 - 50 High Quality; Improve the quality index to 100 each (At the end of the process we will get 10 journalists leading to 30 articles producing high-quality articles with a score of at least 100.
  2. English Students: (number of votes) 100 - 200 - 500
  3. Crypto writers and readers: (Number of Crypto Experts - Number of topics coming from them ) 4 Crypto subjects coming from 2 Crypto experts (2 each) 4 - 2; 6 - 3; 10 - 4

How do we judge intersection

  1. One independent journalist talking about English students' work independently
  2. One Crypto expert talking about a subject selected by the journalist (if the subject gets an article published)
  3. One new student coming from another college independently and voting

Dot Circle Methodology (Check if circles are intersecting)

  1. Research and select dots
  2. Expand dots to circles
  3. Check if circles are intersecting
