My Quadruped Robot project with ROS
I wanted to build a Spot-inspired robot during my winter and summer break 2024. This repository will contain the source code of this project .
The quadruped was entirely redesigned. Despite the availability of numerous open-source models of quadruped robots online, I wanted to challenge myself by creating my version from scratch using Fusion 360. The main feature of the design is that I added mechanical compliance to the legs using springs to counterbalance the rigidity of the servo motors.
