I'm deeply interested in the potential of AI in Biology and Health. I also have a keen interest for Bioinformatics.
I've always been drawn to the intersection of computational methods with biological questions and challenges.
Currently following a Master 2 in Artificial Intelligence and Computational Biology at Paris-Saclay University and AgroParisTech Engineering School, my thirst for new knowledge and skills is stronger than ever !
I've worked on a research project aimed at using Machine Learning to predict bacterial biofilm antagonism and more recently, I've created a tool for Transposable Elements Locus Level Analysis (TELLAM).
I am constantly trying to improve my data science and programming skills which make me eager to contribute to impactful and ground-breaking projects involving AI and/or Bioinformatics.
- Currently enrolled in a datacamp challenge from Ecole Polytechnique as part of my Master2 program.
- Working on a project to leverage LLMs for better animal food nutritive value prediction
- Writing a paper on Machine Learning application for bacterial biofilm antagonism prediction
- Improving TELLAM
- Improving my Biofilm Simulator
