Bug fix release

Release that fixes a nasty bug with sampling array parameters. Thanks to Mark Huckvale for reporting this bug!

Initial release

Implements the adaptive Metropolis within Gibbs algorithm by Roberts and Rosenthal (2009), which seems to work well. Also implements the log.densities of the most common probability distributions.
