v0.3.0

This version includes some code organization changes which requires a
Lightroom restart after update (reload will not work!)

Synchronization improvements since v0.2.3:

Summary stats shown after full synchronization
Older observations have only date, not time, in iNaturalist. Those
are now handled, instead of throwing an error
