The actual pre-built AARs SDKLauncher-Android/readium-sdk/readium-sdk.aar and SDKLauncher-Android/readium-lcp/readium-lcp.aar are missing from this PR, they can be created via the command line gradlew assembleDebug or gradlew assembleRelease using the PRs / feature branches readium/readium-sdk#317 and readium/readium-lcp-client#49
