Welcome to the Samaajdata datasets repository. This repository contains publicly available datasets curated for civic and climate action initiatives.

Folder Structure

1. Climate Data

   • Includes datasets related to climate and environmental actions. Current datasets focus on stubble burning in Punjab.

2. Citizen Initiatives

   • This folder will contain datasets documenting citizen-led initiatives for social and civic improvement. (Coming soon)

3. Public Institutions

   • This folder will feature datasets related to public institutions and their engagement with civic issues. (Coming soon)

Available Datasets

1. Stubble Burning in Punjab (2024)

• File: stubble_burning_punjab_2024.zip
• Description: This dataset documents incidents of stubble burning in Punjab during 2024, including geo-locations, dates, and estimated emissions.
