[Fix][Docs]: Improved button and added image alt

Description

Fixed two minor issues in the project:

1. Updated the homepage button label in index.md for better clarity and user experience.
2. Added a missing pipe (|) in the Markdown table inside README.md to fix formatting in the Project Structure section.

Fixes #232
