copying tests of GKLM in squid for weekly run and adding missing tests of vault in reef and squid

this PR is to add missing tests of GKLM in weekly run as sanity_rgw_multisite.yaml in squid moved to stage pipeline
copying missing tests of vault in reef and squid but are present in pacific
removing unnecessary kafka install config for enc test with bucket policy present in pacific
replacing GKLM node endpoint with the new rhos-d ceph-core vm node.
