Completed Client IO workflow automation with below points to be noted,

• IO_requests/sec is not reaching 6k in current validation, Also i had to undo MDS pinning to perform the validation which impacts pinning on other workflows. Need to discuss further on the execution approach.
• workflow 'run unlink and rename in parallel' fails where either unlink or rename is expected to pass but both fails which is unexpected.

• Create a test case in Polarion reviewed and approved.
• Create a design/automation approach doc. Optional for tests with similar tests already automated.
• Review the automation design
• Implement the test script and perform test runs
• Submit PR for code review and approve
• Update Polarion Test with Automation script details and update automation fields
• If automation is part of Close loop, update BZ flag qe-test_coverage “+” and link Polarion test
