Not that this might have privacy implication of leaking user's ip address to reddit. But this also means the server load and traffic will reduce.

I understand that this project is dedicated to privacy but for some users like me the features and interface makes this frontend very attractive. While I do not mind leaking my (shared) ip address, the slow loading of media and high bandwidth cost is a problem to me. I run my own instance with this patch and I'm creating this MR in case it is useful to someone else using redlib.

Currently it is instance wide option, but I'll make a client side option as well.
