Generic SLA Checking in Analysis and Planning

Until now, the system properties are only checked for privacy and performance concerns. Since we want to build the iObserve approach for general purposes and different use cases (especially important in combination with the planning phase), we want to be able to introduce different SLAs to check and adapt our system. There should be different (configurable) properties, like reliability, costs, uptime and so on. This should also be reflected in different views for the operator.
