2차 플젝과는 다르게 dev 환경도 db에 올라갈 것이기 때문에 submodule 내부에 dev와 prod 두개의 디렉토리로 나눠서 진행했습니다
이부분을 서버 세팅할 때 생각을 하지 못하고 있어서 아직 rds는 세팅이 안되있고 최대한 빨리 rds 세팅을 해두겠습니다
prod 환경은 1차 배포 이전까지 완료하도록 하겠습니다
