This pull request adds all the scripts needed to run the STOMP planner example in the
stomp_planner_tutorial.

Important

There appears to be a problem while using the STOMP planner on ROS noetic. See rickstaa#29 (comment) for more information. The status of this problem can be tracked by the following upstream bug.

This commit adds all the scripts needed to run the STOMP planner
example in the
