GreaseMonkey-AprilFools

GreaseMonkey script to randomly insert a character after several keystrokes

Introduction

GreaseMonkey is a Firefox add-on that allows you to customize the way a web page displays or behaves, by using small bits of JavaScript. GreaseMonkey is also available for Chrome.

Install Script

Assuming the browser to be affected already has GreaseMonkey installed.

Click on this April Fools Script and GreaseMonkey will automatically pop up asking if you want to install it: GreaseMonkey April Fools

After clicking on 'install', refresh the page. The script is now up and running. In any text editable component in the browser, after 100 to 150 characters (by default -this is editable in the script) a random character will be inserted. Now sit back and watch in humour as your friend / work colleague / enemy attempts to work out why they are suddenly so rubbish at sepelling ;)
