Batch-Skip-Schema-Utility Features

Added features for batch reading, row skipping, get schema, get top rows, get sheet names.

Note: To try out these features, download the compiled binaries (Binaries.zip) of this release and use in your project. The sample code is available in the second section of README.md file of master branch.
