Maintenance release containing a few small enhancements:

Update install documentation
Fix incipits not showing in editor
Fix sources with source.id == source.source_id
Fix "any field" search which returned wrong results
Update a couple IT and FR labels
Limit search to collections in secondary window for collections too
Downgrade blacklight to 5.14 or it breaks reindexing in development
