Release notes for 0.16.0

Static Linux binaries were built on Alpine Edge, stripped and compressed by upx. DOS binaries were cross compiled on Fedora 37, also stripped and compressed by upx. DOSLFN is required for DOS version.

lite are binaries without js support. By default http compression is disabled, it might work better if enable it in Options manager.

State of js support: None of real scripts work. No CORS policy support. Be careful, because XHR scripts can steal your data. You can edit allow.txt and disallow.txt to give access or block js code on given html pages (url prefixes).
