Release v0.0.4

The model oemof-B3 now runs with oemoflex version v0.0.3 which runs with oemof-tabular version v0.0.5.
This version of oemof-tabular uses oemof.solph==0.5.2.dev1. To meet this upgrade poetry was updated mainly in PR359.

New features

• oemof-B3 now runs with latest release of oemoflex -> v0.0.3
• Hence it runs with oemof.tabular -> version v0.0.5

Bug fixes

• Wrong zenodo link to raw data has been fixed
• documentation build has been fixed (commit 0708468)

Release v0.0.3

The model oemof-B3 now runs with oemoflex version v0.0.2 which runs with oemof-tabular version v0.0.4.dev1.
This version of oemof-tabular uses oemof.solph==0.5.1. To meet this upgrade in the oemof.solph version the code had to be reworked in many places. Many of these changes are listed in PR #335.

The documentation of oemof-B3 was fundamentally restructured and improved (see all changes).
Among many changes, the following are the most important ones:

New features

• The oemoflex version has been updated to v0.0.2 which leads to an increase in oemof-tabular and oemof.solph version
• It is possible to create an file which holds empty values for all needes scalars of the energy system

Bug fixes

• Several bugs in the plotting functions have been fixed
• The warning that data gets lost in column comment and source is only displayed if it applies
• Windows user are informed that they can not create an report yet

Documentation

• The documentation has been revised and extended

Tests

• A test for warning of lost data in column comment and source while stacking and unstacking
