We discuss patient IDs for the R-LiNK project.

ID | NAME | Recruitment | Acquisition site |
---|---|---|---|
01 | FERNAND-WIDAL | AP-HP | Hôpital Fernand-Widal |

Patients are uniquely identified by a 5-digit string, starting with the 2 digits identifying the recruitment centre followed by the 3 digits of the sequence number of patients within their recruitment centre. For example patient 099 in GOTHENBURG would be identified as:
12099
The project has two main time points, for MRI acquisition and biological samples collection. Each time point is identified by a 3-character string:
ID | Time point |
---|---|
M00 | At inclusion, before lithium initiation |
M00 | 12 weeks after lithium initiation |
Biological samples and individual data are uniquely identified by an 8-character string, the patient identifier followed by the time point identifier. For example samples obtained from patient 099 in GOTHENBURG 12 weeks after lithium initiation would be identified as:
12099M03
