Update ignored folders and refactor paths #3

Added "bin", "obj", and "wwwroot" to the list of ignored folders in file_selector.py to prevent unnecessary scanning of these directories. In main.py, refactored the paths for memory, workspace, and archive to be under a new ".gpteng" directory for better organization and to avoid cluttering the main project directory. Also, updated the input and workspace DB paths to point to the workspace_path for consistency.
