Add "updateRate" parameter for Force Torque sensors in the YAML configuration interface as per the discussion here with @fiorisi and @traversaro. The updated interface would then have the additional entry:

ForceTorque Sensors Parameters (keys of elements of forceTorqueSensors)
Attribute name Type Default Value Description
updateRate String 100 Number representing the update rate of the sensor. Expressed in [Hz].
