Hi,

When there is no data in input_ports cmd_in and pose_samples, samples with the same timestamp are output in cmd_out every step, till it reach the timeout. It was supposed to be like that??
Is the PIDController supposed to provide commands with repeated timestamp? It doesn't make sense to me.
This test shows it.
