Video background and more!

This is a complete rewrite of the classic rain wallpaper using Three.js.

To install Add wallpaper -> Choose file -> Select the downloaded .zip file or drag'n'drop.

What's new in Rain v3:

• Now supports video backgrounds!

• New Scale to fill algorithm, now you can use background of any size without stretched look.
• New Mouse parallax support, background moves with cursor.

Since its a rewrite may contain some new bugs :)
