This beach app is designed to help municipalities keep track of the cleanliness of their beaches, determine which beaches are the most popular and target beaches for cleanup efforts.

The application can be run via the docker compose file or by simply running the services directly through npm and maven.

React front-end Java with Springboot backend PostgresDB Containerized though Docker

To run front end and backend on the same local host on chorme execute the following commands:

cd C:\Program Files (x86)\Google\Chrome\Application

chrome.exe --disable-web-security --user-data-dir=c:\my-chrome-data\data
