feat: Add Support for retro achievements

• Get all plaforms that work on RA
• Add new nedpoint and response types
• When scanning add ra_id to plaform
• When scanning add ra_id to game
• Show game info on rom page
• Save retroachivements rom info to DB
• Hash API Key
• Add retroachivements to manual search

@SaraVieira Is there anything major holding this change back or is it just a case of finding time to finish the last bits? happy to try and help out if more hands are needed to get it over the line.

I raised a feature request off the back of this PR as well, as it looks like we could probably try to get this PR ready for merging and just defer the hashing/search functionality to another PR if you would be open to that?
