Removed '/' (forward slash) from '/my_frame', which frustratingly makes Rviz unable to show the markers.
The WARN would say: "Invalid argument "/my_frame" passed to canTransform argument source_frame in tf2 frame_ids cannot start with a '/' like:". Removing '/', together with changing Fixed frame to 'my_frame' can now work.
