Adapt the tutorial added in #3621 for Humble. The main difference with Humble compared to Iron/Rolling is that we need to build ROS 2 from source to get the tracing instrumentation. I went through the tutorial myself as I was adapting it from the Iron/Rolling version and it works.
I thought I'd done it already, but evidently I haven't.
