A big update, even though most new features are for the internal parts

  • Migrate to dconf configuration system
    • You will need to re-login and reconfigure all settings
  • Update Opal.About to 2.2.1
  • Add Preview Messages page button to settings
  • Added a little bit of more padding between the options in settings
  • Removed most useless settings
    • Server picture size
    • Messages pfp size
  • Italian translations thanks to @legacychimera247
