Hi @rrthomas,
whan translating this repo to German, I found it easier to handle if the lines where not that long. So I suggest adding a linebreak in the tex files before the start of speach. Would that be ok for you?

Why are long lines a problem?

Even if this change is helpful, I'd rather not make a change like this, as it makes it harder to follow and understand significant changes to the text through time. To me it's like reformatting source code: it can help readability, but I try not to do it in mature code-bases.

Hi,
I understand your concerns. And yes it is just source code formatting.

In the German version I kept the original English text above each translated paragraph to enable easier re-translating of odd sounding parts. This approach I suggest for all upcoming translations.

Shorter lines would be easier to handle, as it can be quite annoying to locate the part you are looking for in a page-long-line.

I don't understand what difference the line length makes; here it's really a paragraph length, not a line length. When I edit the files, the text editor wraps the lines.
