Introduces a command line interface that will run RSA on specified data. We now have some decent I/O functionality built-in to support this. This won't work particularly well for analysis of novel experimental data, as the interface will be too rigid, but could be useful for pedagogical purposes, running on demo data, as well as exploratory or "data-driven" efforts such as the online data analysis platforms that are being developed.
