Feat/google captcha (#18)

* feat: google captcha integration

	The previous captcha service was replaced with Google's
	and the configuration files were updated indicating
	the SECRET to start the project

* fix: test keys were removed

* fix: deleted comments

* fix: test key removed - test-config.json

* fix: slider-react - autoplay: true

* fix: deleted consle.logs

* fix: changing the IOV logo to the rootstock logo

* fix: Duplicate style code was removed

* fix: changing the footer padding to 24px
