Add new argument to turn off data preview (table) on Connect

You can turn off the little preview table with this change, by doing:

library(pins)
b <- board_connect()
b  |> pin_write(mtcars, type = "parquet", preview_data = FALSE)

This works similarly to the Connect-only access_type argument; both appear after the dots in the pin_store method.
