FHLD (Fully Homomorphic Liquid Democracy)

Fully Homomorphic Liquid Democracy demo using Shoup's HELib/NTL (https://github.com/shaih/HElib). This is experimental and can easily break.

Building HElib

Setting up FHLD

Edit the set_env file and set the HELIB variable path according to your path
