DFU Mode for v0.9e boards..

Adds a DFU mode via the serial console with the command dfu-mode also fixes a bug with the compose key not working properly.

When flashing via ST-LINK make sure to use address 0x08008000 - If you already are using DFU mode this is handled for you.
