Write more docs than just the README

There's a lot of implicit knowledge here, I should get this written down.

This is probably far more relevant on the diesel page but thought would check if wanted to add a bit of documentation on the set up required for diesel, in particular the set up of postgresql? I know I had to play around a bit to get it going and thought I could share that to help future contributors... What do you think?
