Development and Testing

Source Code

The userstyles source is hosted on GitHub. To clone the project run

$ git clone https://github.com/razor-x/userstyles.git

Requirements

You will need Node.js with npm.

Install the development dependencies with

$ npm install

Build

Install any Bower dependencies and execute the default build task with

$ npm start

Grunt

Optionally, you may run additional development tasks with Grunt. Install it with

$ npm install --global grunt-cli

Run $ grunt --help to see all Grunt tasks.

usebanner # Adds a banner or a footer to a file *
clean     # Clean files and folders. *
watch     # Run predefined tasks whenever watched files change.
sass      # Compile Sass to CSS *
default   # Alias for "clean", "sass", "usebanner" tasks.

To submit a patch:

1. Fork it (https://github.com/razor-x/userstyles/fork).
2. Create your feature branch (git checkout -b my-new-feature).
3. Make changes.
4. Commit your changes (git commit -am 'Add some feature').
5. Push to the branch (git push origin my-new-feature).
6. Create a new Pull Request.
