v2.3.0-beta.3 Pre-release
Pre-release

Hi CADflow Desktop App Users! In this newest release, we have improved the inspector experience, upgraded the parameter profile forms, and added beta support for our new Partial Scan Basing option.

🎚️ Parameter profiles

⚠️ Note about Parameter Profiles In CDA 2.3.0: As you start with CDA 2.3.0, your profiles will be separated from previous CDA versions. Changes made to profiles in 2.3.0 will not be reflected in past versions and vice versa. You can still use previous versions as you undergo the process of upgrading all of their workstations to use the most recent versions.

  • Added new icons for splint types, base types, and more.
  • Coinciding with our release of ABRv3, any profile that had "ABRv3" turned on will just show regular ABR
  • Various small bug fixes to improve your profile experience

🔍 Inspector

  • Added undo/redo for trimpath, improved trimpath color
  • Fixed bug where the model could "spin" if mouse moves before models load.
  • Improved sculpting tools for improved accuracy - will no longer "reverse" or "poke through" to the other side of the model.
  • Fixed bug where sidebar selection would revert to the top option.

✨ Partial Scan Basing (BETA)

  • In your basing profiles, you will notice a checkbox that says "Try Partials (beta)" - When activated, this checkbox will process your cases with our new generation model, which is trained on partial/quadrant scans.

Hello CADflow Desktop App users! This update comes with a round of new features and small improvements.

New Features

  • Automatic Folder Cleanup - Under the settings menu (Cogwheel), and under the "Show Advanced" button, there is a new opt-in feature that will automatically remove files in your "Raw" and "Errored" folders. This setting will be handy for labs that process a high volume of scans. You can set how frequently this automatic cleanup will happen. Note: This feature will remove the Raw and Errored files permanently.
  • Improved Download Error Handling - Completed files that are interrupted during download will now be automatically re-tried.

Basing

  • Study Model Pair - A new base type which allows you to upload an upper/lower in occlusion, and receive study models that are orientation-aligned as a pair. To use this feature, put your upper/lower pairs in folders (usually with the patient's name), and add those folders to your profile as usual.

Metal

  • Metal w/ ABR - You can now add Automated Bracket Removal to your metal workflow. This will remove the brackets before the bands and frameworks are created

Bug Fixes

  • Clicking the small arrow next to a completed file will now properly open that file in the Inspector.
