Refactor: Unify changeThresholdReview screen

What it solves

This PR is part of the unify confirmations screen refactor in the transactions flow (#4177).

How this PR fixes it

In this PR we're moving the ChangeThresholdReview component to be inside the tx/confirmation-view folder.

How to test it

1. Open a 1/x safe wallet
2. Try to change the threshold of it
3. The change threshold confirmation screen should look the same as production app.
