Fruit Fly Optimization Algorithm (FOA)

FOA is used to optimize Support Vector Regression (SVR). For this reason, LIBSVM toolbox is used in MATLAB and optimization is provided for three different kernel functions listed below:

• Polynomial Kernel
• Gaussian Radial Basis Function (RBF) Kernel
• Pearson VII Function kernel

All files are generated and used in a research project to forecast river discharge. More detailed information is available here.
