Fixes apt mirror's tendency to download incorrect (or not download at all) Sources and Packages lists.
This script needs you to manually edit where the repositories are. DO NOT download and run this script without double checking all assumed directories match your server's.
I put this together in 20 minutes, expect things to be stupid.
