This release of quLATi, which implements tools used for "Gaussian Process Manifold Interpolation for Probabilistic Atrial Activation Maps and Uncertain Conduction Velocity" (Coveney et al), is an improved version of the original release. The main improvements are the speed and precision of the hyperparameter optimization routines, and a simplified interface.
