Reorder the rendering of elements with JavaScript

Right now the properties window flashes all funkily when the page is initially loaded. I think this is because it's doing all of the simulation building logic before it places the elements properly in the properties window. We should change that and have the properties window render before it tries to do all of the simulator javascript logic.
