UI/CLI improvements, Libplist OSL

* It is now possible to set configuration values and to load configuration files from the command line.

* It is now possible to bundle assets and documents on the command line.

* Fixed broken -h and -v arguments in the UI nvgtw.exe program.

* The bytecode compilation is now included as a step in the status window.

* Adds libplist to the OSL generator.
