unfinished and untested internet.cpp work, misc

* internet.cpp has now matured so that, after testing, we can say that NVGT can now establish client side websocket and TCP stream socket connections! Higher level http still incoming.

* Register var::opMod and var::opModAssign.

* Add test cases for float_to_bytes and double_to_bytes.
