I am installing the latest rtracklayer on CentOS 7. Legacy machine, I know. I found out that I needed three additional edits in total recognizing the libcurl's version (CURLINFO_CONTENT_LENGTH_DOWNLOAD_T once, CURLINFO_ACTIVESOCKET twice).
