Old_master_support_end: this tag marks end of Albany support prior to pruning of everything but LandIce and DemoPDEs

This commit is the last one for a working Albany prior to removal of everything other than LandIce and DemoPDEs, in which we guarantee a working SCOREC, ATO, LCM, TDM, DemoPDEs, LandIce and Tsunami. It works with the following commit of Trilinos:
