sap_ha_pacemaker_cluster: improved ASCS/ERS cluster configuration

Fixes

• stonith disable logic
• service disable task not failing when services not existing (fixes issue sap_ha_pacemaker_cluster: AWS service disable task failure #444)

Improvements

• adjusted some parameter names for consistency
• removed constraints that are obsolete within resource groups
• customization: NetWeaver shared (NFS) filesystems are only added as clone resources when enabled
• customization: NetWeaver ASCS/ERS ENSA1 can be enabled for the related config, default is ENSA2

Breaking

• parameter rename of sap_ha_pacemaker_cluster_vip_update_rt to sap_ha_pacemaker_cluster_aws_vip_update_rt (added _aws for clarity)
• VIP parameters are individual now and replace the sap_hana_vip and sap_ha_pacemaker_cluster_vip dictionary styles
