한국 드라마에 대한 이탈리아인의 인식 연구 : 이탈리아 온라인 뉴스 데이터 분석을 활용하여
본 연구는 이탈리아 온라인 뉴스 데이터를 활용하여 한국 드라마에 대한 이탈리아인의 인식을 알아보기 위해 진행되었다. 연구 방식은 텍스트 마이닝 방법으로 주요 키워드를 파악하고, 시사점을 도출하는 방식으로 진행했다. 2021년 1월부터 2022년 4월까지 이탈리아 온라인 언론사 La Repubblica와 ANSA에서 한국 드라마를 검색하여 결과로 나온 뉴스 기사들을 수집하여 분석을 진행했다. 분석 결과 ‘넷플릭스’라 는 키워드가 많이 언급되었고, 이는 OTT 플랫폼이 콘텐츠 수출에 큰 역할을 하고 있는 것으로 해석할 수 있다. 작품들로만 순위를 따져보자 면 ‘오징어 게임’, ‘기생충’ ‘파친코’, ‘미나리’, ‘빈센조’ 순서로 많이 언급됐다. 오징어 게임은 ‘폭력’이란 키워드와 밀접하게 연관되어 부정적 인 여론이 있음을 확인할 수 있었고 한국 드라마에 대해 좋은 인식을 줄 수 있는 콘텐츠 개발의 필요성을 보여준다. 분석 과정에서의 이탈리아 자연어 처리 과정은 선행 연구에서 다루지 않았던 이탈리아어의 자연어 처리 과정을 설명한다.

[Abstract]
A study on perceptions of Italian about K-dramas: using Italian online news analysis

This study was conducted to find out Italians' perception of Korean dramas using Italian online news data. The research method was conducted by identifying major keywords and deriving implications through text mining. From January 2021 to April 2022, Italian online media La Repubblica and ANSA searched for Korean dramas, and collected and analyzed the resulting news articles. As a result of the analysis, the keyword 'Netflix' was mentioned a lot, which can be interpreted as the OTT platform playing a big role in content export. In terms of ranking only by title of works, it was mentioned a lot in the order of Squid Game, Parasite, Pachinko, Minari, and Vincenzo. Squid games are closely related to the keyword "violenza," confirming that there is a negative public opinion, and showing the need to develop content that can give good recognition about K-drama. The Italian natural language processing(NLP) process in the analysis process explains the Italian natural language processing(NLP) process that was not covered in previous studies.
